Since its inception in 1997 GeoAfrika Property Management (Pty) Ltd has built up a wealth of experience and reputation in managing private dwellings and buildings on behalf of its clients .

As a proud member of the South African Facility Management Association (SAFMA) as well as the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA), GeoAfrika Property Management is able to offer systematically controlled and efficient service to all of our clients.

This includes a wide variety of high-quality affordable property management services that encompasses all aspects of the smooth running of our client’s properties, ensuring that their properties maintain their investment value now and into the future.

Using our unique custom built fault management system as well as ancillary services such as legal, secretarial and financial amongst others, we are able to manage properties effectively and efficiently, saving our clients money in the long run.

We are proud to have founded two divisions within our company, our Maintenance Division and our Managing Agent Division LEVYTATE MANAGING AGENTS.
