We also ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and quickly to limit downtime and thereby ensuring continued operations. Our system allows us to monitor warranties, services due, and most importantly record and resolve faults, resulting in cost saving in the long term.

Our system also offers a unique logging and reminder system for faults to be logged and attended to, thereby ensuring that a fault is resolved timeously and consequently reducing inconvenience to our client and/or their tenants.

It provides one point of contact for all maintenance and facility management queries. Via its reporting function, a fault report is easily generated detailing faults/call logged and where it is in the resolution process.

Our system also provides a variety of reports including a fault report, detailing all faults that have been logged together with costs relating to the faults. This provides valuable historical information enabling the Body Corporate to make an informed decision about spending money on replacing outdated equipment that is regularly breaking down.
