We carry out efficient administrative functions for body corporates which include timeous collection of levies.

  • Opening and operating a current trust account on behalf of the Body Corporate.

  • Opening and operating a separate bank account in respect of the Reserve Fund as well as separate books of account in respect of the Reserve Fund.

  • Collection of monthly levies.

  • Sending out the statements.

  • Sending letters to owners on the instructions of the Trustees.

  • Issuing of levy clearance certificates.

  • Assisting the Trustees in obtaining, at least every 3 (three) years, a replacement valuation of all buildings and improvements that the Body Corporate must insure.
